Kundalini Yoga morning class – New course!
Kundalini Yoga is a strengthening yoga combining dynamic exercises with conscious breathing, and meditation. These exercises strengthen the muscles, stimulate the organs and immune system, and foster co-ordination and balance. The freed energy constitutes the ideal basis for meditation and relaxation which in turn reduce stress and anxiety, and raise inner balance and happiness.
The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced students.
