Postnatal Yoga with Babies
(6 weeks – 6 months)
Postnatal yoga helps you to get back in shape quickly while being close to your child. After childbirth, it is important to strengthen the pelvic floor, to develop deep abdominal muscle strength, and to realign your body. This yoga class focuses specifically on the areas that have been weakened during pregnancy.
While your baby sleeps or plays next to you, you strengthen yourself with yoga. I have toys, bouncers, and a playpen to keep your child happy. And if your baby needs some extra attention, I am happy to carry it in my arms for a bit if possible.
To end the class, we play some gentle and soothing games with the little ones.
